Terms
A deposit of $150/£100 per week secures the requested dates.
The balance of the total amount plus a
refundable security deposit of $250/£150 due 10 weeks prior to the vacation.
Request to heat the pool must be made at or before receipt of the total amount due.
Security deposit refunded after your stay
provided no damage is reported by our management company.
