	Lounge: Looks out onto pool area and furnished with two comfortable sofas and cable TV/DVD and a dining area with table and chairs.
	Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer and ice making machine, cooker, hob, microwave and dishwasher and the separate kitchen table comfortably seats 4. All crockery, cutlery, utensils and an iron and ironing board are provided.
	Pool and Spa: A full range of pool furniture and barbeque is provided and the pool can be heated at an extra charge, which is recommended between October and March. The pool area is screened for protection from insects.
	Master bedroom: The large bedroom boasts a king size bed, and own en-suite facilities, a large dresser and walk in closet and cable TV. En-suite includes bath with shower, toilet, two separate wash basins.
	Guest Bedroom: This bedroom has use of the main bathroom and walk in closet.
	Bedroom 3 and 4: Situated on the first floor, consists of two single beds, cable TV . They shares a bathroom with each other which consists of shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
All bed linen and towels are supplied as are a washing machine and tumble dryer.
